This policy covers this website (hublinefulfilment.com) and the Hubline Portal (portal.hublinefulfilment.com). Hubline Fulfilment, Colombo, Sri Lanka runs both.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts come from Google Fonts, the map library from Cloudflare (cdnjs) and map images from OpenFreeMap, so your browser connects to those services to fetch them.

• Proposal form. When you ask for a proposal, we receive your name, brand, phone number, email (if you give it) and what you tell us about your business. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a proposal.
• Become a host form. When you offer space to host a hub, we receive your name, phone number, email (if you give it), area, the location of the space and the details you give about it. Your location is shared only if you tap “Use my current location” or paste a map link. We use it only to review your space and contact you about hosting.
• WhatsApp and email. If you message us, we receive what you send and use it only to reply.

Form details are stored in the Hubline Portal, where only Hubline’s owner and director can see them. We keep them for as long as we need them to follow up, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

The Hubline Portal

The portal is a private tool used by Hubline Fulfilment and the people who work at its hubs. It is not open to the public, and only people we invite can sign in.

• Sign-in. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address and use them only to recognise you. When you sign in with an emailed code, we use your email address to send the code.
• What you enter. We store what you record in the portal: orders, deliveries, stock counts, closures, problem reports, photos and payment records for the hubs you work with.
• How we use it. Only to run Hubline: to know who you are, record work at the hubs, pay hosts correctly, invoice clients and keep our accounts. Each person only sees what their role allows.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. A few service providers run our systems for us: Supabase (database and file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (sign-in and email) and Resend (emails from the portal and website). They handle information only on our behalf.

Google user data

Information we receive from Google sign-in (your name and email address) is used only to identify you in the portal. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as Hubline needs it for its operations and accounts, or as the law requires. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information.
